Emily Harriet is a fierce little warrior with half a heart. She was born in 2021 with hypoplastic left heart syndrome and a rare chromosome disorder called Jacobsen’s Syndrome. She’s survived two open heart surgeries, countless other procedures and spent the first five months of her life in the hospital - yet she’s still the happiest babe you’ve ever met. We knew she would be tough with four older brothers to keep up with and she continues to amaze us.
