We have been blessed with two amazing babies who both suffer from CHD. Our daughter, Ava, received a life saving heart transplant at 4 months old. Our son, Cole, was diagnosed with Shones complex and had open heart surgery at 2.5 weeks old. We’ve always described their journeys like a wave. Always changing, taking you in and out but at the end of the day, you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. This necklace symbolizes my son, daughter and our beautiful donor who have all changed our lives for the better. Out of the toughest seas there is always calm.
