This warrior is a delicate beauty who has continued to shine brightly despite her initial health setbacks. Nora took on open heart surgery like a champion at 10 weeks old and is now thriving because of it. Not only is she a heart warrior but she is also rocking an extra 21st chromosome! The colors blue and yellow decorate this necklace and remind us of the colors used to represent Down Syndrome, and the beauty shining out from Nora’s mended heart.
