Emmalyn Necklace

This necklace design was chosen for my daughter, Emmalyn. She is just 2yrs old but has had 6 open heart surgeries, 1 hybrid procedure, along with many other tests, scans, and pokes. We chose 2 hearts to show her old heart and her future new heart as she is currently awaiting a heart transplant. This design is also able to show her and her future donor, too. We will hold this piece close to our hearts for many, many years.
