At 4months old he was diagnosed with severe cardiomyopathy and heart failure. With no improvement while on medications it was determined he needed a heart transplant to survive. Niko received his gift of life, his heart transplant, at 8 months old. He is 2yrs old and thriving. We code this piece as it reminds us that strength grows in the moments you think you can’t go on but you keep going anyways ❤️
